Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales and growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their technology needs.
  • Present CodeFlex’s services and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
  • Prepare business proposals and customized pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Represent CodeFlex at industry events, conferences, and online platforms to promote brand awareness.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development life cycles, and digital products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, CRM software, and lead generation tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.

Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with tech stacks, SaaS products, or digital transformation projects.
  • Previous experience selling B2B IT services or custom software solutions.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced IT environment.
