Job Description:

CODE FLEX LTD is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive IT Consultant to support our clients in achieving their technological goals. The role involves evaluating existing IT systems, providing expert advice, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess client IT systems, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Offer strategic guidance on IT best practices, hardware, software, and network improvements.
• Recommend and help implement new technologies or upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support.
• Ensure systems comply with security and data protection standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports outlining recommendations and outcomes.
• Deliver training and support to staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with project management and technical documentation.
